Menopause - Common Problem and Cause Among Elder Women

Every woman undergoes several physical and hormonal changes in her lifetime. One of those is Menopause which occurs between 45 to 50 years of age, in some it comes early depend on conditions. Menopause means menses stops gradually and is natural process, which is important from health point of view.
Menopause can take place in three ways :
1)Natural : The estrogens hormone reduces gradually cause stoppage of menstruation between 45 and 55 years of age.
2)Artificial Menopause: When uterus or ovary removed surgically due to some medical problem. Menses ends automatically.
3)Circumstantial menopause: Some reason other than age or surgery that affects menstruation.
Now a days we see that many women purchase medicines without doctors prescription. The food’s also contains high level of insecticides, which disturbs our body metabolism. It imbalances the hormone balance and causes menopause.
If any of the following sysmptems are noticed in a women during menopause age then it requires carefull consideration:
a) Feels very hot and perspires in excess
b) Depression, irritability and restlessness
c) Palpitation
d) Irregular menses
e) Lack of sleep or disturb sleep. Sometimes has a vague dream
f) Rashes at different places
g) Feeling of insects crawling under the skin
h) Heaviness in breast or looseness
i) Headache and high blood pressure
j) Burning sensation in hands and legs
k) Weak or fragile bones osteoporosis
l) Dryness in uterus and vagina along with frigidity

All of the above mentioned symptoms need not occur in single women but if some of the symptoms occurs then it should be taken seriously. It also need to be noted that these symptoms are curable and hence there is no need to panic.
